Venue Pricing

Venue shopping can be a stressful and overwhelming experience but here at Fountain View Farm we want you to feel at ease and know without a doubt we are an ideal fit for your special day. We want to make your experience easy and pain free. Taking advantage of every helping hand that is offered at Fountain View Farm will make your special day a day to remember. Our team cares about you and we are here to assist in every way possible.

We understand when you are budgeting a wedding it helps when the pricing is transparent and there are no hidden fees.

Current Rental Prices

(Subject to change)

Friday $6500.00 (10 am - midnight) 14 hours

Saturday $8000.00 (10 am - midnight) 14 hours

Sunday $6000.00 (10 am - 10 pm) 12 hours

Weekdays (Mon.-Thurs.) $5000.00 (12 pm - 10 pm or 8:00 am - 6 pm) 10 hours

*Starred dates add 20% Holiday Fee.

Two Day Rental

Add Thursday (3pm-10pm) to your Friday rental for $1500.00. This option allows couples to decorate, rehearse and have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to the Friday rental you’re getting 2 days for the same investment as a Saturday.

Seasonal Discount

(January & August) $1000.00 off any day except Saturday.

All-Inclusive/Micro Packages

We also offer all-inclusive packages and micro/elopement packages. If you are interested and would like more details, contact Courtney @ courtney@fountainviewfarmtx.com. (Please note- If you contact us on a weekend, it may be the following Monday before we’re able to respond. Our weekends are busy with events and we devote all of our time to our clients.)

Please note: We do require event insurance with Fountain View Farm listed as the additional insured (Approximate fee is $100-$185).
